1 kg lean meat or chicken
250g onions
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp chilli

2 tsp poppy seeds (Optional)
120g ghee
salt to taste
2 bay laves
