[lazarus] splash image: share your ideas

Hi all, Continuing Laurent's work, I can manage my graphics designer to make a new Lazarus splash image. The image at http://i5.tinypic.com/89gmjq1.png only shows the current basic ideas. But we need more input about other ideas such as color, philosophy, concepts, slogans, mottoes, etc. For ex

It is nice, but I must admit I like a lot the current one. Current splash is nice, I agree with that. What I had showed you on the URL is in very early stage. There are many other things need to be done before it can be used as another alternative for lazarus splash image. That's why I asked

the actual spalsh is beautiful, but I agree on the fact that it's too abstract: it takes time to look at it completely, in every detail, and it takes even more time to understand it IMHO, it is suitable for the home page, where you can stare it, but not for a spash which disappears in a moment. a m

The news is good and Michael is right ... (It is my opinion) In some parts, I also agree with Michael... splash image doesn't need to have mottoes/slogans. But "write once compile everywhere" is a very strong point of FPC/Lazarus, especially against "write once run everywhere" that is being a
