"Linux" desktop application I use. I know you are looking for a
windows based application. Due to the fact that this application is
built upon KDE which is a wrapper around Qt, it may not be too hard to
port to Qt and therefore run it under Windows.

I'm wondering if anyone could recommend any sort of free journal or diary program that would run on Windows? I'm a linux hobbyist and I'm more familiar with Windows at this point. I am working on changing that so for now, I'd need a Windows app. The same app that could run on linux would be good.
