Yes Sam Lander provided reworked text - see commit

Hi KP
did you get updated/rewritten text for the webconf packages and if so,
have you been able to add them to the repository somewhere?
cheers

Hi folks
I am about to give webconf a more consistant look and trying to do some
facelifting. This is more demanding than I expected, as every developer
added his own style, in coding and design (so did I). The most demanding
aspect of all appears to be the overwhelming code obfuscation and lack

looked into git log for webconf and it looks it hasn't dropped, just never

Hi folks
I believe I recall that there was a webconf interface for WiFi. Am I
mistaken or has it just been dropped.
Thanks

Hi Folks
Webconf right now is handled like any other package, but unfortunately
this is not the case as there is no monolithic webconf tarball on the
net which can just be fetched, configured and compiled (and is updated
at intervals). We are pretty much on our own here. It is quite difficult

Hi folks
I would like to request haserl to be upgraded, as the current version
0.8.0 is lacking functionality in the file upload area. I did an upgrade
to 0.9.25 myself but then it should be put in the mainstream in order to
take care of the CGI incompatibilities

Hi Eric,
I just posted the source and binary versions of webconf.lrp and webconf.lwp.
Your changes to lrcfg.back.cgi were heroic. I decided to shortcut the whole
thing and make webconf (backup, at least) work with Bering uClibc *only*.
(Since Bering uClibc is the only one being updated at th

Bering uClibc team,
Eric alerted me to the broken backup packages webconf. (sorry)
While looking at it, I have a quick question re the new backup system.
Should it be possible to backup moddb/configdb to any of the destinations
in /var/lib/lrpkg/pkgpath.disks, or does it now just use the fir
This is just a post to document some differences in webconf.lrp,
depending on where it comes from.
The short version is: If you use Bering-uClibc, use the webconf.lrp
included with Bering-uClibc. (e.g. you don't need to do anything, and
can ignore the rest of this message.)
In the cvs tree, lea
No real reason, only a technical one. The webconf package is maintained by
Nathan and in his CVS space, the script that builds the packages page only
looks at our 'own' Bering-uClibc CVS space. But the latest webconf package is
included in Bering-uClibc beta4.

Eric House submitted a patch to logfiles.cgi that allows the pretty-formatted

I committed everything to CVS today, including a new webconf.lrp, so its
Don't know if this made to the list of not. Seems I slipped up and left the
privacy crap that work email system puts on messages. I registered my home

I have been a user of LEAF variants since early Eigerstein. For years I
have been taking from this community. I would like to be able to give
something back. I don't know if I need to be an official developer or what.
I am open to suggestions.

I am trying to upgrade webconf to the latest beta and to my environment.
A few questions arise.
- The left menu bar in my case has a Networking and a System entry along
with entries for root.net and root.sys.
It appears that the menu entries are generated by looking into the

To allow third-party plugins for webconf, I would like to propose the
following:
webconf "plugins" have the name "LWP" (Leaf [Webconf | Web] [Plugin |
Package])
The format is a gzipped tar archive with
/var/webconf/www/*.cgi
/var/webconf/conf/*.webconf
For instance, the dropbear.lwp could

This is a reference design, I'd be interested in knowing what can make it
better. I attempted to write the document in the format of the Bering-uClibc
