A quick search of the archives has brought up one or two references to
people playing with Linux Virtual Server on top of LEAF/LRP but no
definitive evidence of success.
Anyone out there built a working LEAF based LVS redirector? Any chance of
sharing knowledge/code?
If not I guess I'll have to
I'll leave the experts to comment on the software how-tos. Suffice to say if
you follow the instructions for setting up an IDE drive it is essentially
the same.
I would like to recommend an excellent source of supply for CF to IDE cards.

providing an alternate kernel for those of us who want it. I know it is more

First familiarise yourself with the general methods for running from hard
disk via the excellent HOWTO on the LEAF site.
Bering's kernel has module support for IDE built in (always a good idea to
check the kernel config file which most developers provide with the dist so

Has anyone got a version of NetSaint (www.netsaint.org) up and running on
LEAF? I am interested in using a LEAF platform as a remote NetSaint monitor
so only the basic module and plugins would need to be ported, not all the
CGI stuff.
Any advice and guidance appreciated (and, of course, lrp's ;-)
