Hi,
I have seen this behaviour since 5.1.x and managed it with
/etc/init.d/shorewall stop
/etc/init.d/shorewall start
Don't worry, your ssh session will not be killed by stopping shorewall.
It seems that the script needs some attention and a new make-up :)

Hi,
I once build a strongswan package.
It's based on strongswan 5.2.0, and it seems to start, but the packaging and
configuration needs review.
Today I use the openswan package with cisco pix endpoints on the other side.
They are not under my control so I can't fiddle about the
Hi,
what should be the reason to change the rules ? Time based ? On demand from
outside ? Port knocking?

Hi
syslinux.cfg is not enough. To put a getty on a serial line, you need inittab

So I took the configdb.lrp from the

Hi
thank you very much for your script. Freedns seems to be a brilliant
replacement for dyndns.
I tested it with 4.x and it works with two annotations

Hi,
I had (have) them all ;-)
You can not compare both ideas of having a router OS.
DD-WRT is easy to use; web interface; a given ritch feature set with backup and
recovery. You will have a very fast ROI. But if you want more - it gets more
complicated.
For running Bering you need more
