You shouldn't be, because you were right that there's a bottleneck, you just missed what the bottleneck is. A 768k T-1 or Cablemodem line is going to give you around 90-95Kbytes/sec on a download, whereas your DSL is only turning out around 70Kbytes/sec. The reason for this is pretty straightfo
