The latest from RR on my complaint is a request from them a couple of
days ago.
The wanted to know what my timezone was and even though it shows up in

I'm sure most of the scans on my system are coming from my ISP(rogers
cable). Because of the shared line it makes sense for them to be looking
for high bandwidth services.

I've had this same problem ever since I got my DSL hooked
up back in september... Every day I get many port scans,
IIS System32 commands sent to my webserver, Isapi overflows,

I had the same problem with Bellsouth dsl. Mailed multiple IP addresses
and log records over a period of 6 months. Kept getting the attempts,
many from the same IP. Gave up.
It does make you angry when the ISP web site has such dramatic wordage
about "no-tolerance" abuse policies and all kinds
