It's a lottery. managers (and some players) do well at one club and then
fail at another with no rhyme nor reason. Hopelessly unpredictable with form
guide the only thing to base appointments on.
I think Warnock is finished in most peoples' eyes. Strachan would have been
my choice but he's going

Each to their own where you draw your personal line in the sand, but after
many years of leaving the beach unmarked, mine is firmly drawn
I am in favour of giving a manger at least two years grace. But the club's
policy must be to bring on the youth. As they're all gambles anyway I'd go
along with Pierce & give him 3 years & wait. Even if we go down. I'd go all
out for youth development. I'm pretty sure it'd get the fans back too.

I guarantee Warnock came to Leeds for the money and couldn't give two
shits what happens here. His team selections and bizarre signings are
testament to that.
Get rid of the Leeds hating idiot and get someone in who is a proper
manager with no bloody agenda.
