Well for the first time in ages I am buzzing ready for the game.
To me this is the biggest game of the season so far - a full house, good
opposition, and a feeling of optimism around the place
A win and our very slim hopes of a play off place remain but more importantly
so does the 'Colin factor'
Pre match I would have been happy with a deserved point . Post match we got a
point and we deserved it, so am I happy? No, not at all ! My main feeling is
one of disappointment and a touch of deja vu!
It was not a great game by any stretch but it was enthralling contest and was a
hard fought bat
Started really brightly and took West Ham by surprise. We looked quick and
first to the ball for the first 15 mins and had the ball in the back of the net
twice, one of which was the closest of off-sides. Then it all went to shit as
Ayling swung his foot at Lingard in the box and gave away a nee
Unlike all else.. sudden feeling of another disappointment on the way.
I think that we all --- myself included are living too much on the last
result -whatever it may be.
The bottom line id we're better under Colin.And can go up. Ideally to stay
up.
There is no way that we can go up with this

That disallowed goal just prior to HT..I detected a poorly made
throw-ina foot over the sideline.could that have been the
alleged foul call?

An odd game in many ways , for 63 minutes this was two very mediocre teams
playing poorly in awful conditions with a bad ref (" who's the cockney in the
black?" Sang the crowd )It would have been totally non descript apart from the
goals, but after the introduction of Harrison things changed an

performance against one of the poorer teams in the league.
