Hi Russ I am using the X axis The Revo does only have the one 1/4" TPI screw, If I want to make a clean box joint cut* I sometimes* pull the router towards me and take a very small cut 1/8 to 1/4" then release the plunge and come over the top of the item and finish off by pushing the router tow

I have a Revo, and have been cutting box (finger ) joints using *Mike's indexing method,* 3/8" up-cutting two flute spiral milling cutter. I have been very surprised at the accuracy of the joints. One thing I did do was to change the crank handle over -top to bottom- when doing the mating piece
