Bill, nice job. I see where you removed material for the router clamps. How
thick of a plate did you need to use to maintain strength and rigidity?
I really like your mods.

Thank you both Bill and Roger.
Bill, YES the TK quick gear changer is a dream to use. It stays on my machine
99% of the time.I think of it like a truck with 4 wheel drive, You don't need
it most of the time, but when you do. It so nice to have. ;-)

Looks great on the bone curt I bet Tim Ks quick change reversing gears helped a
lot with doing it
It’s a pain when you have to swap the gears over to do the other direction and
hoping the teeth
mesh right.

Ok! I saw, but did not know. Have you though of putting a small gear up there
with a locking arm to keep in form moving?
Awesome job on that Z axis.
Thanks for sharing.

OK. Questions answered and I understand like a grownup! I overlooked the
holes in the slots.
I was curious about powder coat because your swivel plate looked nice and
shiny with a heavy coat. Usually enamel paint doesn't look the same as
powder coat.

I drilled a indent in the shaft for the grubscrew to screw and lock into so the
hand wheel wont spin and slip any more
