Hi Ron,
When saving a report to RTF you can only have one index - I'm not
sure if you can opt for it to be the Location index.
From the Help file accessed from the Book Index Options Help button
Include a Location Index
You can choose to create a location index made up of all the place
names
When I attempt to

Ancestor Book Report printing as an .rtf and using Open Office as the word
processor - mainly to really get to know Open Office as much as anything.

certificate I enter all the relevant text from the certificate into the *Text*
field in the source. This then becomes printed / displayed as a part of the

I was going
If you made "WW1" or "WW1 Registration" the Event then you could use
Ancestry as the Master Source and source the events for the ones which you
want.

It is not entirely clear how you have set this up and how (or if) you can
view depends on how it is set up. I have a residence event for each
individual and on the birth of a child I enter the address given on the
certificate for the parents and all children known to have been with the
parents
