This is a matter of personal choice. I, seemingly like yourself, do not wish
to have a large number Master Sources and, therefore use a generic source.
The specific name of the item being placed in the detail together with other
information relating to the source. Others have exactly

near and dear to my heart. I suppose I take the middle ground with
master sources, but I stay consistent within each source type. For
example, I do not have a single master source for *all* newspapers,

selected on the Master Source window. Do you have any of the filters set
under Show Only??

When I first opened the database the sources did not appear. Rebooted and
there they were. I don't know how this could have happened but all is back

Strange, on mine the central line is lighter to avoid it looking like a
blob. I should perhaps add that because of my aging eyes (they are now 30
