Hi, I am having a problem with entering a specific date period for an event. The period is 1 B.C. till 11 A.D. I am using the Dutch version of Legacy6 De Luxe (pre-release). I have tried entering in all concievable combinations B.C. before, after, etc. with, or without dots, 4 digit years. Every

The help file says: If the Husband or Wife label is blue, it means that person is marked as Living. My husband wife labels are always blue regardless of whether the person is marked as Living or not. Can someone please explain what I'm missing here? I'm assuming they are referring to the

Allen, You can attach PDF, (or HTM, and various other document types), as either Sound or Video. It is a klunky workaround but the Sound icon could be replaced to make it look less inappropriate. An added advantage of doing it this way, it opens in a non-Legacy program so you can multitask

Hi Jenny (and Ron) It is a bit confusing as you can show ancestors in Legacy in so many ways - and you can set them all to different people. This particular issue is fixed by Tools Set direct line as preferred as C.G. Ouimet has said. You can set direct line as preferred for many people.
