In order to keep the details of Living people Private, you choose the relevant options when making reports or web pages or exporting part of your file. You don't need to mark them Private to suppress their details or their names. The Private flag is for the few people whose details you want

To keep living folk's info off of reports, you would do this: For reports: * Pick a report * Click on REPORT OPTIONS button * Select the FORMAT tab * Near the top right (for version 6 deluxe) is a check box for suppress details for living people * If you check above box, you also get another
