[LegacyUG] to do list

Pat, It doesn't. I no longer have the original email to which I replied but IIRC I was making the point that whilst adding the details to the Source Detail would create extra typing compared with including them in the Master Source this can be minimised by using the Source Clipboard. Ron Fer

I created my original Cline pages and Perryman pages in Legacy 6 Deluxe, and then this update was created with Legacy 6 Deluxe also. I didn't have to go into every page before, so I'm assuming there's something I've not checked or unchecked in the creation of these updated pages. I looked at

Pat, I think I must have read "county" as "country". To see if a county contained in the Source Detail has been used, then use Search and Replace. Select "Citation-Details" in the "From where" box; check "Anywhere in the field"; click start and, obviously, do not replace if found. Ron Ferguso

In order to keep the details of Living people Private, you choose the relevant options when making reports or web pages or exporting part of your file. You don't need to mark them Private to suppress their details or their names. The Private flag is for the few people whose details you want to
