Cathy's situation was mine as well. I did have a look at the chart going back
10 generations but there were simply too many entries for me to get a proper
picture without an excessive amount of work.

It is the standard practice to record people using their birth names (although
this may differ for adoptions) and the methods people use to record married
names varies from person to person.

Can someone please tell me how to change the default dictionary? I live in
Australia and I want to change it so that the default dictionary will always
use Australian english all the time instead of US english. Every time I try
to use the spell checker it changes back to US english.

If you are referring to addresses in the Master Address List than I am afraid
not through Legacy. This is but one of the resons why I put full addresses in
the Events Location field.

out of the burial field.
The easiest way to do it is to do a search in the burial field for the
following words
Cemetery
Gardens
Memorial
Acres
You will get 99% of them that way.

names in the burial field. Entering the cemetery name
as an event seemed to be a duplication of info since
the date, city, county and state were

don't see how you could get all three dates even using notes for one of
them.

It depends on WHERE you have recorded the cemetery info. I have mine in the
event field. Here is how I do it...
INDIVIDUAL
EVENT - NAME
EQUAL TO CEMETERY
AND
INDIVIDUAL
EVENT - DESCRIPTION
CONTAINS COALTOWN (that would be Coaltown Cemetery in Purvis, MS)
It works every time!

I've already changed a bazillion. LOL! I, just on a whim, tested out the
web page feature - actually, I just noticed there was an option to do so.
And that's when I discovered there wasn't an option to show the burial
addresses.
I really haven't entered facts in the events section. As I said,
I was relatively lucky on that one. I only had 4000 in my database and 2000
in my husband's :) :)

yet). I have two sources listed for this date.
