Mary, It is impossible to answer this question because it is too imprecise. What Legacy Version are you using? Is it in a report - if not then in what? If a report which one? In the preview or only when printing? How are you trying to print? Are you using Books others or Publishing Center?

I'm still getting the Error 91, but not permanently. The error is error reading individual Usually I can complete the backup by restarting Legacy and then immediately doing the backup. Yesterday, though, I entered Legacy and went to the Pedigree tab to do the backup - and got the error.
