My source notes in Legacy contain many comments added in the second box
under the Text Comments tab of the Source Detail screen. The box to add

It seems like I do have 2 different problems.
As far as Problem 1, I am having multiple names in the Legacy/Pictures
folder . . . I don't know for sure. Probably not, and that's part of the
reason for renaming them. My renaming idea goes like this for the future:

When you bring up the dialog when you run the report, select the tab
that say's standardizations (There are 5 tabs btw). Down in the left
corner at the bottom it say's "Surnames Entered All In Uppercase",
uncheck that box and the Potential Problem report will bypass all the
surnames in uppercas
I tried this when I encountered the problem - it did not work. I had entered
