Tom, The two problems you are having with the forms and interview files may not be due to using Windows 7 nor running it on a Mac. They have arisen on XP and Vista systems as well. Unfortunately the problems seem to arise on a random basis, or at least they cannot be reproduced consistently

Nina, have you checked your multimedia paths under Customize/Locations? Because that will tell you where your pictures are coming from. Once you have that incredibly useful information you can do this: Go to all those extra locations ( Desktop, C drive, R drive, Network drive, etc) and find

I've really done it now!~!! I deleted all the paths in Legacy/Pictures, but I got most of them back from my Desktop folder. At least I don't have duplicate pictures in my book! Some of the pictures appear to have been in different folders. Now I have my work cut out!!! Next I will try to find

I didn't say to delete all your picture paths. I said to delete the ones you're not using, assuming that would be everything except the Legacy/Pictures folder, since those are the ones you renamed correctly, apparently. Then make a backup or several backups of that folder. - JL JLog -

Nina, choose ONE location for the pictures you want linked to Legacy. I don't know how your situation can be so confused except that you have or had pictures linked from all over the place, and probably duplicated by linking to them from more than one place. Make one copy, name them the way
