Thanks to this thread I have decided that I should make an event for all the census transcription errors. I have tried but cannot find a way to generate a list of individuals for whom I have an AKA, which I can then sort through for those who have true AKAs and those that are transcription err

Marlene, I use the UserID field for this; it holds up to 20 characters. Then, on the NAME list, select Options and select "Show User ID# in List". Then you can position your mouse in the "#" field at the top -- and by clicking once at a time it will toggle the sort ascending and descending by Us
