has multiple marriages: in which case she will have multiple AKAs.

way to make the task a little easier. Go to Index View. Make sure you have
selected to Show AKAs. Sort by RIN (this is

In Index View I have arranged my columns so that it shows Spouse 1, Spouse 2
and I could have Spouse 3 if I had any who married that many times. So I
can see at a glance

I never noticed that before. It also has a field HusbMarrSurname. Both
MarrSurname fields are all bland on mine also. I copied, (on a copy of my
db), HusbSurname field and pasted it to WifeMarrSurname field. When I went
