Perhaps this has been discussed before, but alas . . . .
I'm frustrated trying to determine where to document cemetery information.
I've begun putting the Cemetery information in the Burial Address field.
However, I cannot find a way to search using the Burial Address field. If I
put the Cemetery

Against the advice of the Experts; I create a burial location. IE
C*Brookside Memorial Park Cemetery, Houston, Harris County, Texas
You will notice that I start each with C*. This groups all the cemeteries
together in Location Master List and makes it very easy to correct

Location" field? If so, open that window up and click on the
"Address List" button. When the next window opens, select the
cemetery for which you want your listing and click on the "Show List"

No, but you can place an icon for the Master Lists on the toolbar, This
is probably what CE meant. CE probably just forgot that this icon is not
there
Dennis - Is there anyway to use ACCESS to populate the burial address
to all those buried in a specific cemetery? I find after viewing the
suggestions here that I have a lot of folks I know are buried in a
specific cemetery, but it would take a lot of key strokes to get this
data into my f

Location-Burial Picture field. and there is no way to report on that field.

THANK YOU EVERYONE! I have used parts of many of the suggestions and
made a list for each cemetery - now I know what to look for! Also
discovered that I have made some errors and several locations were
duplicated - so I was able to correct and consolidate them (doesn't

The problem you reported has been tested and is confirmed as a bug. A
report has been recorded in our problem tracking system so this can be
fixed.
The error also causes Legacy to incorrectly import the data. The Burial
Address note gets lost and the Burial Note becomes a note for the A
