You need to delete the event for this individual rather than delete
the data in each of the fields for the event. If an event is listed
in the Individual's Event/Fact list, then you'll get a report of some
sort from it.

IMHO, Go to 'Search tab', 'Detailed Search', check
each of the Notes for 'Contains' and use 'employed'.
Using each of the notes fields should not find more
than a few each, and the wrong one should be there. I
hope this helps. I had a similar problem once, but
found it.

Go to this person's individual record. Does he have an employment
event? If so, click on the event. You should see a print of how the
sentence will read below the notes box. Does it read: He was
employed followed by your notes? If so, this is because you did not
put anything in the
