That's what Surety Level is for! I think the 5 levels of Surety that
one can select cover all grades of certainty (or complete lack of it.)

Just because there is a blank there, doesn't mean you have to fill it
with anything. Lots of times my locations simply read "He was a
laborer from 1891 to 1920." I use the location for the residence
event(s).

For any item that is questionable, I add a "#" to the entry. It adds only
one character to the entry and all the similar items (city, etc) still
sort together, with the verified items in one group and the questionable
items in another group. For the Location example, it would be
Bridgeport#, Plym
