I am working with both Legacy and TNG and recently decided to use the
following simplified folder and naming system. TNG "reads" Legacy links so
if you upload a Legacy "gedcom" to your TNG website, all links to photos etc
are updated at same time.

computer? I had started by saving them as last-name first-name
date-taken. That works well for pictures of only 1 person where I know
the date it was taken. It doesn't work all that well for group photos.
