Greg: I have found it easier and you have better control to assign one master source to a completely new Legacy file that was created from just your Pedigree resouce file. Then, merge this file with your master working database and do not assign a source when you merge. The steps are summarized

Hi Greg, If you end up with two copies of a Master Source, you can merge the Master Sources without losing the Source details that are attached. I'm not sure what you mean by then the data will not be correctly identified. Provided you correctly sourced these people as coming from a
