Hi Elizabeth, I think that this issue, which isn't uncommon, is of the same nature as to whether to record the birth name or adopted name as the main name of someone. Just as people vary on that decision, depending on individual circumstances and whether their main interest is the birth

This I can solve with a bit of logic... a fact that they transgendered would probably be appropriate in this matter. The bottom line is their DNA will always show their birth gender no matter. #1. They are sterile so if they previously had children they won't be able to have them now..
