Hi Susan, The easiest way is to tag the people you want and then export that tagged group to a new Legacy file File Export Legacy file make sure you just choose to export the tagged group and then run your report from that new file. That's much quicker than unlinking people which, if you

Hi Susan, Glad you have it sorted now. Once you learn these techniques, they can be applied to so many different situations. I suggest you make these subsets of your main family file, temporary files or you'll get into a mess and forget which one(s) you've updated. Cathy At 10:49 AM
