Bob,
Did you try copying the contents of the CDs to your computer? A PC
usually needs to write to the folder where it finds the data, and it
won't be able to do that from a CD, since you can't write to it like
you can to a hard drive. I don't know what you have on the CD, though.

did transfer all data from my old version to the new version 6.0. Every thing
[all data] went to the new version and I had entered new people on the
version 6.0. I made CD`s as back up and every thing was
