There are six files, if I recall. North America, Europe, South America, Africa, Asia and Australia/ Pacific Islands. Hawaii is in the North America and the Azores in Europe; so it is more as where its owner is. This was done so people who will never use some of these does not need to fill Drive spa

Ok, I must have downloaded the US locations sometime in the past because I had those. I just downloaded the European ones and so far so good. The only "problem" is that it is only giving me the city, state and country (for Germany) and not the local district. Many of them I know but some I do
