The Subsequent Citation issue is a troubling one. For the most part, I do
narratives and reconstruct citations "by hand," rather than relying on
reports. Even so, there are occasions when I would like to kick out a little
booklet for an interested family member.

Adobe is actually fairly good about posting what they call the "known
limitations" of their software, and as Ron mentions virtually all
open-source projects have outstanding trackers and databases with test
methodology to confirm fixes. Obviously if one commercial company is
listing their bugs and

I had some correspondence with Customer Service a couple of months ago, but I
believe it was specific to the full citations, rather than subsequent
citations, always printing on FGS, Individual Reports, etc. (I wasn't sure at
the time exactly which problem was being discussed). I was a
