Correct. Which is why I only use it for checking locations. As I have said
before and Jenny mentions in another email it is not really suitable for UK
addresses.

Hi Mary, with the individuals screen up click the Show Master Location List
button at the end of the address, in the next screen click the Edit button,
in the pop-up screen either backspace to take out the commas or add in new
information and then click save. This is the only way I have found

*Starting* with a single or double comma isn't a problem - there is a Report
option to remove *leading* commas in locations.
The problem is redundant commas *within* locations. I now realise these
aren't confined to so-called UK locations but appear in many other
countries, e.g. Ypres, ,

Yes, I realise I can Search'n'Replace to remove the extra comma - but
it's a workaround one would have to repeat after adding new
locations..
It would be nice to accept the standard format, and let Legacy Reports
