Options button (the one above View Matches) At the top of the screen is a
box with a Regions tab and you need to set this for Continental Europe. You
also need to use the English names for the country I used

I got the same error message over the weekend. However, mine was for the
place as British Isle. I changed mine to England, U.K. and was able to
continue with the search.

Are you doing the Search IGI for completed ordinances? If so, after you
have reviewed the matches and found the right person, with the Family tab
foremost, at the bottom left of the screen you will see a radio button that
says Update Legacy Spouse, and with the Parents tab foremost you
