When I'm not sure that Legacy has pinpointed the correct town (because of different counties for example), I always double check where the pin is placed. I spend a fair amount of time double checking these locations. I usually do a google or wikipedia to see what county the town is in and can usual

Be careful. Legacy will accept the same numbers for N and S, E and W. If you are converting from decimal, it knows, but does not if you are entering the DMS coordinates themselves. Legacy seems to enter the last N or S, E or W setting you used. I learned to always check that after some int
