Yes, I have done exactly as you have said but the "children of each spouse" is
greyed out and therefore I can't turn it on. "Other Spouses" is OK and
selected. I have the latest update 7.5.0.218.

I just sent Claudia instructions through the list on how to fix the problem
she's having. With the Deluxe Edition, you shouldn't need the password to
update

Report (the narrative version not the chart).
Go to Reports > All Reports (Books and Others)

I'm assuming your problem continues to happen after you've restarted Legacy &
your PC/laptop. Before contacting support, I'd reinstall Legacy. If your
problem can then still be reproduced consistently, I think you should call
support or fill out a bug report.
