That worked, I uninstalled Legacy and reinstalled a new copy.
Now to see if my Original problems are gone.

missing or faulty before. Try doing a full install of Legacy from the web,
on top of your current installation, hopefully this will give

I've decided to do a reinstall.
Now my problem is, I cant uninstall Legacy. The folder is in C: drive,
no folder name changes.
I've tried the uninstall programs in my computers control panel,
I've tried the "Uninstall Legacy 7.5"

Actually, I never surround the password with quotes. They can be
mistaken as part of the password. I just surrounded it with spaces.
What I *suspect* is that the original email I replied to wasn't in
plain text. Normally I try to catch that and make sure my response is
changed to plain text and it
