My tool tips stay visible as long as I leave my mouse pointer on the button. It does not disappear until I move off the button. I therefore conclude that it may be your computer setup that causes this. I am not aware of any Legacy setting that will cause the tool tips to time out. There is a

I didn't use Legacy backups. I have a lot of free space on OneDrive, being a long time user. My 12,000 person file plus the media takes about 1 GB. If you are short of space I suggest creating a Microsoft account for genealogy and using the OneDrive storage for that account for your genealogy

There has been much talk on the Facebook Users Group about failure of Cloud Backups in Legacy 9.0. The Legacy rep announced a few days ago that the server which provides this service failed and has to be replaced. She did not know how long the server would be down but she urged all users to
