Brian, Michelle, Barton et al,
Again, please let me be the naysayer.
With some repositories, you can be more specific than just the top level
URL.
For instance...
If you copy a FamilySearch record with their copy button, and paste it
into a detail citation note, it will include the URL of the re

legacy gedcoms? I couldn't find any on the wiki page:

Also looked for gedcom in previous builds. Could you give a direct
link?

Jo and Mike,
Pictlist.dbm is considered an internal file and is, in reality, not well
maintained. Not every Legacy media tool will maintain it.

Hi BobsTree2,
I thought I was done with this thread but your email requires a response.
As much as Legacy is an excellent Family Tree / Genealogy program, it
is also a fine Family *History* program. And I suspect that most
users who are using Legacy to record their genealogy are also

Jim,
I agree but...
I think that this most people think of this attribute of "Never
Married" as being no formal marriage event, not no relationships.
Further, even were it to mean No Relationships, unless we have
perfect knowledge of the person's life, we would have to say "No

I believe Pat is correct in her reasons why these two attributes need to
be split. A person may never have been legally married but might have
been responsible for numerous children.
As a genealogist, we can say that "No evidence that this person ever

Some interesting ideas.
1/ On the Individual Info page and maybe other
places "Given Name" is used the term should be
changed to "Given Names". By being plural, it
will be both clearer and more correct (usually).
