Hi Margaret, Ok, thank you. If each person that you want to view has data in their General Notes Section: There is a way to view a tagged set of folks and edit the information at the same time. To do this click on 'Name List' - top ribbon bar, left side. You should see a list of all your people

I need to view a list of everyone that is tagged because they all have notes. I need to remove a return - or place a return at the first line of each persons notes, because when I print out the Ancestor report, I want the notes to being under the item that says GENERAL NOTES: Thanks for your help
