Marc, I've never done anything with lilypondbook, so I can't say definitively, but it sounds like the fonts need to be put in your system font directory. Only LilyPond uses it's own fonts folder, so if you are using another program for this, it will be looking for them in the system font

Hi everyone, I'm learning to use Lilypond by transcribing a score I have. I would like to modify the tablature (see seventh bar) to replace the second string first fret to third string fifth fret (which are the same note but would be more logical to use. I include my .ly file (a simple one).
