I still had to remove my \tabFullNotation command to avoid an
implicit TabStaff.
Is there an alternative place (outside the music code) to put

You should look into include files if you've got that much code. Lilipond
can handle it, and it'll make your project much more managable.

So I can get my postscript to run with /NimbusSans-Bold instead of
/Helvetica-Bold. I just have to let lilypond pick the specific font
family for abcxyz based on the generic family. It works, but I'd feel
more confident if I knew the right font-name to cause /NimbusSans-Bold
to be loaded.

I recently installed LilyPond 2.20.0 and it seems to be working well with
the default font. However, I'd like to use the lily jazz and chord fonts
and style sheet and have downloaded the .otf files and .ily files to do so
... but where do they go?

Will this software import MidiSoft Desktop Sheetmusic files? .mmm or Finale?

Surely there is a template for the "Welcome to lilypond-user" e-mail that gets
sent out that could be edited to add "Your posts will appear after the
moderator approves your subscription. This could take up to a day."

get a response.
If it takes longer than 5 or 10 minutes to authorize a new user to post, a
warning should be put in the welcome e-mail.
