My husband and I had yet another lovely evening at the Tack Room tonight.
It was busy, food was great and the service excellent.
Feeling very grateful that the owners took a gamble on Lincoln after so
many have tried in vain.
Best,
Sarah

OMG I had that duck grilled cheese and it was the bomb, so amazing. And the
desserts and cocktails are off the hook.

Interesting as I had the risotto when it was on the menu and it was great. I
actually ate there last night and had the grilled cheese and duck sandwich,
which I enjoyed. My friend had the fishcakes and beet salad which she thought
was okay but not great.
So far, I've enjoyed the meals I've had
I, too, have had not great meals at the Tack Room. We were so excited when
they opened and enjoyed it a lot. We took out of town friends there several
times. But then we got some not-so-good-meals. One particularly -- risotto
with corn and leeks -- neither the corn nor the leeks were cooked.
Has anyone had a good experience recently with a company that replaces gutters
on an old house ?
Thanks, Carol

Oh gosh Risa, I forgot to pick them up. Are they gone or should I still
swing by and pick them up?

I agree with Scott and Adam! We love everything about the Tack Room and have
never been disappointed. We try to dine there at least once a week.
Brandon, Mike, Mike, Tom and Mariah are delightful and are very open to
comments, thoughts and ideas.
All the best,
Lisa and Chris Paul

I have to second this. I have met the owner and chef and very nice. I have
been about 20 times and always great, the service was awesome and the people
there so nice and my kids love it.
It’s a fun local place to go and hang out. I hope as a welcoming town we can
respect people who are
I cannot speak for takeout but have eaten in several times and the service
and food has been very solid.
The two owners are enthusiastic and excited to take care of Lincoln and be
part of the community. Brandon, the out front owner, is super approachable
and very cordial and nice and would want
Just spotted a young black cat at Tracey’s . Appears scared. Almost tried to
cross street at Bedford Rd but cars scared him/ her away. Looked like it had a
collar on it’s neck.

I’ve eaten several lunches and dinners at the Tack Room and they were delicious.

An incredible opportunity is yours! Kat Chapman, a Lincoln songwriter and
amazing singer has graciously offered her talent to support the work of the
Lincoln/Weston Food Pantry!
On Wednesday afternoon, September 14, from 3:30 to 5:00 you will be
entertained by Kat on the Pierce House Lawn.
I believe the phrase might be “we’ll show us” - when yet another restaurant
departs the tarmac.

We've been a number of times and always had a great experience. Service
and food are solid. Others seem to agree:
I spoke to the chef about the wilted salads and expressed my disappointment in
changing the original salmon recipe. Not much more on the menu I can eat.
Next time I will ask why they changed the chairs on the patio.
The new chairs are very small and uncomfortable…yada yada yada.

Isn't this kind of bullying?? You are literally holding the axe over their
heads and instead of communicating if they know about the problems you resort
to "explain Lincoln's stake in this, and how we intend to give The Tack Room
any & all ways we're going to give them special treatment
I've only eaten there three times (one lunch and two dinners). I've never
done take-out. The food and service dining-in has been fine and quite
delicious.
It may be a problem with the take-out cooking/system, etc.
I agree that the owner/manager should be alerted to this dissatisfied
customer

Yes….While eating there, I had to return the salmon twice to further cook the
rubbery center. Finally left and came home to cook it more. Haven’t been
back.
Thank you and be safe.
