Ahh... I had actually sidelined that project for a while but your question prompted me in the right direction. As it turns out, the logo I had textured over my object came for a GIF. And sure enough the transparency from that GIF carried over to 3D Max for the render to W3D. Thanks

I'm at my wits end now. Even though I am no pro at 3D Max, I can get my mesh to render out just fine when previewing it and even exporting to video. But when exporting to W3D it changes the white in my textures to black! Is there some reason the export would change the white
