Yes the problem is resolved now...
one interesting thing i found out was how the "do"
command works(like a handler) from:
http://www.mcli.dist.maricopa.edu/director/tips/lingo/unlingo.html#do
and using the trick of adding the RETURN constant to
declare the list varaibles

to do here... unless you *absolutely* have to, it's worth avoiding the 'do'
