[Linux-HA] How to make an node not electable.

I have configurated 3 nodes with heartbeat and peacemaker with hb_gui. The point is, i configureted an constraint that is needed to the node be electable, but i just add the 3 node so they can have quorum and not sofrer of split brain. The question here is, how can i make this node only

When i set heartbeat to do bcast in some interface, it does ok. But if i set to do bcast in 2 interfaces, it does ok also, the problem is, i want the heartbeat give up resoucers if it looses just one interface... it does not do this, it just issue an info saying that the other link is down. Does
