I have been able to setup Linux HA tested and successfully running it.
Couple of questions
1) I have configured the Virtual IP as a alias to the eth0 on the primary
node. is that correct ?
2) I am stuck with adding resources in my setup. I have referred to the
linux-ha.org website too. But I a

I deleted the node information using cibadmin -D -X '' to remove the lightbulb machines. I suspect it could
not calculate the quorum because of those additional uname -n entries.
I then deleted the /var/lib/heartbeat/hostcache file and restarted
heartbeat. Working n

What was happening was that the linux systems was not deactivating the LV's
when booting up. I disabled boot.lvm from the /etc/init.d scripts on both
hosts and got linux HA to do the activation via its OCF resource agents.

You need to first look at what you would like to achieve with Linux HA and
what you have to provide for Linux HA
Some of the things you need to consider are listed below
1. Will you have a shared disk system presented to your HA nodes ?
2. Will you be using LVM for your disks ?

this is written that you should have two NIC or one NIC + Null Modem Cable.
