Hello all:
I'm trying to compile libax25-0.0.7, but there are errors
during make.
Configure reports that can't locate file /sys/ioctl.h,
but it is there. So, I think that some libs are missing,
but I don't know which one.
I have glibc-2.1 installed, and the system is an 486DX2
running RH 6.0.
I'm suprised that 'eye diagrams' are mentioned at all for 2100baud Bell202 as
the two tones are not harmonically related so hence unlikely (with random data)
to produce a display thats useful - I've not looked at the soundcard stuff to
see what qualifications are made using this diagnostic tool.

Does anyone know why we don't use redirection to a new gateway for ipip
encapsulation? It's simple, useful and I don't understand why we don't do it.
I've put together a couple of simple scripts to test my ideas and they work like
this
If an incoming ipip packet is going to turn around and
