The netrom demon netromd made with Craig Smalls original package
does not work. To test if you have the problem netromd just turn it on and
if you get a lot of /proc/net/nr_nodes you have the old netromd that runs
fine with kernel 2.2.5 so from what you said yours is working.

Finaly i'v ax25 runnning... I must compile the kernel in 386 instead off
486 on my 486 PC...
Everything seemed to work except netrom.
If i connect to my netrom port, i get an error mes; axports not found...

Ed the netrom from the Craig Small stuff does not work. Use the
netromd from a 2.0.36 compile and it will work fine under kernel 2.2.5
