we cannot manage utf8 filename into the root filesystem.
From FTP we cannot tranfer correctly from FTP filename into the root
filesystem.
From USB we cannot mount vfat utf8 above out mount information

Remove CONFIG_BYT_LPSS_BRD from valleyisland.cfg file.
CONFIG_BYT_LPSS_BRD is a duplicated config. It has been
included in features/valleyisland-io/valleyisland-io-pci.

Yes, ACPI driver is able to setup themselves. PCI mode drivers rely on the
clock framework in the board file.
